We understand that doing business internationally is a challenge, and we therefore encourage you to ask as many questions as you need in order to feel comfortable prior to placing an order.

- We ship all international orders via FedEx.
- Shipping and insurance costs to most international destinations begin at $50 US. The price may be higher depending on the package size, weight, insured value and destination country. The final shipping and insurance costs will be assessed on a sale-by-sale basis. Please feel free to contact us for a final shipping and insurance quote.
- Typical transit time to most international countries is 2-5 business days. Please note that the transit time is subject to customs clearance at the destination country. We will email you the tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery progress via the courier’s website.
At this time the only method of payment we will accept is a wire transfer.
Due to the complexity of re-importing timepieces and jewelry (i.e. taxes, duties and customs regulations), all international orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All import taxes and duties (e.g. VAT, GST, PST, etc.) at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are separate and are in addition to the cost of the watch you purchased from us. Prior to delivery you will be contacted by the courier service or customs to pay for these fees. The recipient is responsible to pay these fees, typically either prior to delivery or at the time of delivery. Each country has its own specific importing rules and regulations. We therefore suggest you contact your local FedEx or customs authority directly for specific importing requirements and details.
ECJ Luxe Collection is an American company and all price quotes are in US Dollars. All transactions must be completed in US Dollar currency.
